Which beer is gluten free

If you have celiac desease but want to enjoy a nice cool beer it can be confusing as to which beer is gluten free. Many breweries, for example Budweiser, claim that the level of gluten in their beer is low enough to not harm a person with celiac desease. But never the less it does actually contain gluten! Also, something you may not be aware of is that various countries class "gluten free" products differently to others. For example in the UK a beer can have upto 20 parts per million of gluten and still be sold as "gluten free", as that level is considered non-harmful! But do we really want to take the risk? No! So what we really need is completely "gluten free" beer.

This is widely available and is brewed with special from rice or sorghum grains instead of wheat. Once gluten free beer was rare but now there are many breweries making it.

Check out the links on this site and you can see that many sites have information about which beer is gluten free.
